Description

The main objective of the IVAGRO is to promote research excellence in viticulture and agrifood, favouring the development and implementation of the priority lines defined in the Andalusian Plan for Research Development and Innovation (PAIDI), in the National Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation, in the Agrifood Campus of International Excellence’s scientific improvement plans, the University of Cadiz Strategy Plan, as well as the priority lines of the different European Union programmes. The research is clearly oriented towards the production sector, favouring the transfer of results as well as the dissemination of the results to society.

Additionally, collaboration in vitiviniculture and agrifood specialist postgraduate and doctorate studies is being boosted.
